- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We ordered windows several months ago. Were given a time frame for delivery which has been repeatedly missed. Its usually "in 3 days time", then the time comes, no phone call to explain why. I have to ring 10 times to get any kind of explanation which is usually that something thats not there fault has got in the way again - how many times can this actually be true? Particularly now theyve apparently got all the bits and just have to put it together. One of the windows they delivered theyd made the wrong size (6 weeks later havent got the new one). Another one we actually fitted and it didnt work and they had to come and take it away (still not got a replacement). Dont use these people.By crystalhorwood, September 06, 2020
