- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am not a patient at the surgery but have received exceptional care when requesting help for my daughter who suffers from a depressive illness. Not all practices show this consideration as mental health is still a nuisance to some, with a "pull yourself together" attitude. When I explain the problem to the receptionist, my daughter has always been seen within a few hours by one of the caring GPS. It is the most painful experience to watch one of your children suffering this type of illness knowing you cannot give a Paracetamol to make it better. Thank you so much to Doctors and staff at Jones Family Practice who give this compassionate care, during a time of such high demand and pressure within the NHS.
